Tene Knibbs is a Partner with Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation Consulting practice, who brings to bear over 20 years of experience successfully advising organizations on various aspects of achieving outcomes, including strategy definition, service delivery models, digital transformation, financial management and change adoption. She has served clients nationally and internationally, including having lived and worked in Chile for a number of years. Tene is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, where she plays a leadership role for several Deloitte initiatives, including a leader on the Black Action Council, national co-lead for the Canadian Black Professional Network, and a career coach and mentor to several team members across the organization. She is also active in her community having volunteered for various organizations and is currently a Board Director for Immigrant Women Services Ottawa (IWSO).
